Project Life Experience (PLE) is designed to empower high school students and young adults with autism who are eager to explore and prepare for their future careers. Whether participants envision pursuing a degree, earning a certification, or gaining hands-on experience through on-the-job training, PLE provides a structured opportunity to navigate these options with confidence. By engaging in campus tours, career site visits, and interactive discussions, participants gain firsthand exposure to a wide range of educational pathways and employment possibilities.

For many young adults, choosing a career path can feel overwhelming, especially when they're uncertain about the next steps to take after high school. PLE helps bridge this gap by offering practical insights into different industries, postsecondary programs, and support services that can aid in their success.

Through guided exploration and expert-led discussions, participants will develop a personalized "game plan" tailored to their strengths, interests, and goals. By the end of this three-day experience, we hope that students will emerge with a clearer vision of their future and the confidence to take their next steps toward independence and career fulfillment.
