The Tailor Institute holds a contract with the Missouri Department of Mental Health, providing employment services, individualized skills development, and community networking for eligible individuals.

A clear, four-step path so families know exactly what to expect — with our intake team beside you the entire way.
Step 01
Determine Eligibility
Confirm your loved one meets DMH eligibility criteria — disability, SSI, Medicaid, and onset before age 22.
Step 02
Connect With Case Management
Work with Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri (CCSOMO) or your equivalent agency to begin the referral process.
Step 03
Build Your PCSP
Your service coordinator develops an Individualized Service Plan with your input and TTI's clinical team.
Step 04
Begin Services
Start with the services that fit best — Employment, Skills Development, or Community Networking.

Service · 01
Employment Services
Job exploration, interview prep, resume building, on-the-job coaching, and ongoing support to help individuals enter and thrive in the workforce.
Service · 02
Individualized Skills Development
One-on-one or small-group skill building tailored to each PCSP covering daily living, self-advocacy, and independence skills.
Service · 03
Community Integration
Building meaningful community connections — accessing local resources, attending events, and developing the relationships that support independent life.
