Founded in 2003 by the father of an individual with autism, The Tailor Institute was an act of need and love. Dr. David Crowe saw the deep gap in providing services for those with autism that would enhance their life through the individuals' very own strengths, providing them a life of great living independence and a full experience of friends and opportunities based around their very special personalities and gifts. We are still committed to this mission and the big vision of Dr. Crowe - that no parent would have to watch their child with autism retreat into a life without a circle of love and trust and growth in themselves and the world around them.
